Melt in your mouth Crepes without fail, from America's Test Kitchen ~ these are delectable!

Recipe Ingredients for No Fail Crepes

1 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for No Fail Crepes

  1. Heat 12 " pan on Low heat, with 1 tab oil for 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, mix eggs and milk and slowly add to flour, salt, and sugar mix until smooth. Add Melted butter.

  3. Once pan heats on low for 10 minutes wipe-out excess oil with clean paper towel. Heat pan on Med heat for 1 minute then it will be ready to form crepes. Proper heating of the pan is critical in the making of great, no-fail crepes!

  4. Place 1/4 cup mix in center of pan and lightly roll pan from side to side so mix thins and fills the entire pan. Cook for 25 seconds, flip and cook second side 25 seconds; tops will be dry and lightly golden.

  5. Roll and top crepes with your favorite fruit or fill with veggies or other favorites.

  6. Make great breakfast, lunch, or dessert!
