Recipe Ingredients for No Egg Pumpkin Pie

1 pie crust
15 1/2 oz can pumpkin
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 T. Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for No Egg Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Put unbaked pie crust in to 9" pie pan (deep dish works best). Mix remaining ingredients together well, pour into crust, bake for 50-60 minutes or until firm(ish) in center, but do not overbake. This Pie needs to cool completely to become firm. Is good chilled or at just under room temperature, but will be difficult to cut if too warm (eggs do help this sort of pie to set up).

  2. I put lower amounts of spices in the recipe than I use at home, but I love a highly spiced pie, especially lots of ginger and nutmeg. And this is very very good with whipped cream on top.
