1 cup Vegetables, Mixed
0.5 cup Broccoli
158 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
12.51 fl oz Milk
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for no crust quiche

3 eggs whisk in bowl add canned milk stir, add cheese and veg stir, using a glass pie plate pour mixture into, arranging the veg and cheese evenly in pie plate, Slice tomato and garnish the top with slices add herbs as garnish-parsley. Cook in microwave on inverted place for 15-20 min, until center is cooked.
