Recipe Ingredients for No crust Pumpkin Cheesecake

16 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/3 cup SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
1/3 cup Splenda
2 large eggs
3 large egg whites
1 cup Pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Recipe Directions for No crust Pumpkin Cheesecake

  1. Heat cheese in microwave untill soft.

  2. whip with electric mixer.

  3. Beat in Splendas.

  4. Add the eggs and egg whites and beat until mixture is smooth and fluffy.

  5. Mix in the pumpkin, salt, flour and spice.

  6. Pour filling into large greased pie pan.

  7. Cook in 350F preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until fuffed and set.
