16 oz Ground Beef - 85% lean
1 serving Flakes Minced Onion
0.5 tsp Italian Seasoning
0.176 oz Parmesan 100% Grated
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 oz Sauce, pizza, canned, ready-to-serve
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
2 oz 100% Liquid Egg Whites
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 oz Zucchini
3 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green
3 oz Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 rings Pickled Hot Pepper Rings

Recipe Directions for NO CRUST PIZZA

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, seasonings, egg white and parmesan in a bowl. Flatten into a 10" pie plate. Spread on pizza sauce. Add cheese and toppings. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Be careful lifting pizza out of pie plate. Drain off any fat before serving.
