Recipe Ingredients for No-Cream Creamy Veggie Soup

1 tbsp chicken broth
430 g potatoes
125 g carrots
160 g radishes
255 g onions
140 g cauliflower
10 g garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 l water

Recipe Directions for No-Cream Creamy Veggie Soup

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Boil until carrots and potatoes are soft. Using a handheld blender, puree the soup directly in the pot to the desired consistency.
