Recipe Ingredients for No Cook Tomato Sauce

6 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tsp thyme
16 ounces cooked pasta

Recipe Directions for No Cook Tomato Sauce

  1. Blanch, peel, seed, and chop the tomatoes.

  2. Combine all ingredients (minus pasta) in a bowl. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.

  3. Serve over 16 oz. hot cooked pasta.
