Healthy oats with no boiling, great for quick breakfasts

Recipe Ingredients for No-cook Oatmeal

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for No-cook Oatmeal

  1. Mix together oats and milk in a small bowl.

  2. Leave in fridge overnight

  3. In the morning top with almonds and honey(or maple syrup) and serve cold. Optionally can be warmed in the microwave for 1 minute.
