Recipe Ingredients for No-Butter Chicken

12 oz chicken breast, cubed
1 small onion, diced
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp dried coriander
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp hot chili powder
5 g Chicken Concentrated Stock
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp corn starch
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Recipe Directions for No-Butter Chicken

  1. 1. Saute chicken in a large skillet coated with cooking oil.

  2. 2. Add onion, ginger & garlic, and cook for about 8 minutes or until fully cooked.

  3. 3. Stir in all spices & stock powder. Add tomato paste and fold through.

  4. 4. Blend cornstarch with milk, then add to pan. Stir continuously until boiled. Add extra milk to thin out sauce if needed. Cook through & serve.
