Recipe Ingredients for no bread quiche

6 eggs
6 egg whites
1/4 cup fat-free milk
4 oz mushrooms
10 oz chopped spinach
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 med onion
138 grams swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for no bread quiche

mix ingredians together in two pie pans sprayed with the oil. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Each pie is 6 peices.
