Recipe Ingredients for No Boil Lasagna

2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 eggs
45 oz pasta sauce
9 oz whole wheat lasagna noodle

Recipe Directions for No Boil Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan and eggs.

  3. Spread 1 cup Sauce in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer 4 uncooked noodles, 1 cup sauce and 1/2 ricotta mixture; repeat. Top with remaining noodles and sauce.

  4. Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese, cook 10 more minutes.
