Recipe Ingredients for no boil lasagna

10 1/2 oz lasagna
2 cups cottage cheese
12 oz mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 lb ground turkey
32 oz spaghetti sauce
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for no boil lasagna

  1. Cook meat

  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg

  3. Put a small amount of spaghetti sauce on bottom of lasagna pan

  4. Mix remaining spaghetti sauce and meat

  5. shred mozzarella cheese

  6. Layer: noodles (4), cottage cheese mix, mozzarella, then meat, repeat

  7. Sprinkle some left over cheese on top

  8. Bake one hour on 350, COVERED, uncover for 5 minutes, let set 5 minutes
