Sugar Free, Vegan, Casein Free, Wheat Free Choc, Peanut Butter Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Sugar Free Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup Peanut Butter 100% Natural
1/2 cup Agave Nectar
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for No Bake Sugar Free Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Add all ingredients BUT LEAVE OUT THE OATMEAL, Into a sauce pan. Stirring continuously bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Remove from burner, continue to stir and add 3 cups of oats. Mix through and drop tablespoon sizes on wax paper. Let cool for 30 minutes.

  2. (If they are not hardening let them cool completely, place in air tight container and keep them in Fridge. Coconut Oil typically hardens below 76 degrees)
