No-Bake Rugalach Recipe

All that nice rugalach flavor...in a tortilla.

Recipe Ingredients for No-bake rugalach

1 whole-wheat tortilla
2 tsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp honey
2 tsp raspberry preserves
1/2 oz walnuts, ground

Recipe Directions for No-bake rugalach

  1. Between paper towels, briefly heat tortilla in microwave.

  2. Mix cream cheese and honey, spread on tortilla, as close to the edges as you can manage.

  3. Spread preserves on top of cream cheese-honey mixture.

  4. Sprinkle walnuts on top.

  5. Use pizza cutter to cut into eight pieces.

  6. Roll outside edge of edge piece toward the pointed end and serve.
