A no bake cookie recipe using oats, peanut butter and raisins to make a healthy chocolatey cookie

Recipe Ingredients for No-bake raisin, oat and peanut butter cookies

1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3 ounces granulated sugar
15 g cocoa powder
1 cup oats
3 ounces milk
60 g crunchy peanut butter
70 g raisins

Recipe Directions for No-bake raisin, oat and peanut butter cookies

  1. Heat milk, sugar and cocoa powder over high heat until boiling, stirring constantly.

  2. Take off heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter; stir until peanut butter has melted completely.

  3. Stir in wheat germ and oatmeal.

  4. Drop by large spoonfuls onto wax paper or eat immediately.
