Make in muffin tins for single servings!

Recipe Ingredients for No bake protein cups

2 medium Banana
1 cup oats
1/2 cup fiber one cereal
2 tbsp Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free syrup
2 tbsp Smucker's Organic Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Mini Chips
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 scoops whey protein powder

Recipe Directions for No bake protein cups

Line a muffin pan with paper liners, or use a silicone muffin pan for easy removal.  Mash the bananas.  Add wet ingredients and cocoa powder and mix well.  Add all other ingredients, mix well then press into prepared muffin tin.  Freeze at least 60 minutes before serving. 1 muffin- 153 cals
