low fat and low-ish sugar content

Recipe Ingredients for no-bake protein bars

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup oat flour
6 scoop whey protein powder
1 cup non-fat dry milk
2 tbs flax seed
5 tbs chunky peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for no-bake protein bars

  1. - mix dry ingredients together

  2. - add PB, vanilla, & water

  3. - mix and spread this sticky dough-like mixture into an 8-inch x 8-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and spread the dough into the pan to form a level surface. Place the dish in the freezer for an hour, then remove it and cut the bars into nine squares.

  4. Wrap the squares individually with plastic wrap and store them in a covered container.
