From Biggest Loser Cookbook 1/3 cup oats 1 tbsp light peanut butter 12 pitted dates

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

30 grams cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp light peanut butter
85 grams pitted dates

Recipe Directions for No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Chop dates in food processor until finely chopped.

  2. Transfer to small bowl adding oats and peanut butter.

  3. Mix ingredients well with hands.

  4. Divid into 4 equal amounts. Shape into a ball. Place between two sheets of waxed paper and flatten the ball. Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 5 days.
