Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

2 bananas
1 c Land O' Lakes Light Butter
4 tsp vanilla
5 c rolled oats
1 c packed brown sugar
2 c chocolate chips
1 c Peanut Butter Spread

Recipe Directions for No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

  1. Finely chop bananas (1-1/4 c each)

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in vanilla. Add oats and brown sugar. Heat and stir 5 minutes. Set aside 1-1/2 c oat mixture. Press remaining oat mixture into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle banana over crust.

  3. Melt chocolate & peanut butter together over low heat. Pour and spread over banana. Sprinkle with reserved oat mixture; press down lightly. Chill 2 hrs before cutting. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
