(makes 12 balls) 1/3 cup oat bran 2 tbsp flour 1 scoop protein powder 1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter) 1/4 cup maple syrup or 3 tbsp egg white + stevia mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe Ingredients for no bake peanut butter balls

1/3 cup Oat Bran Hot Cereal
0.13 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.75 scoop Super Advanced Whey Protein
4 tbsp Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
3 tbsp Egg Whites

Recipe Directions for no bake peanut butter balls

  1. Put rolled oats in food processor and pulse into you have a flour like consistency. All flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup and mix until a rough dough is formed.

  2. Test dough to see if it will hold a ball. Add water to the dough if it is too dry. Roll 12 balls and roll in chocolate chips. Serve and enjoy! Store them in the refrigerator if you have any left :)
