A family recipe passed down for generations. If I use a circular pan, I usually cut it like a pie first (8 pieces) then 2 circles within the pan, then on the outside pieces that are rather large, I cut them in half. so in my pan, I get about 32 bites. I use 3 pans for this amount of dough.

Recipe Ingredients for No bake PB choc oatmeal cookies

4 cup sugar
5 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup hershey's cocoa
16 tbs butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter

Recipe Directions for No bake PB choc oatmeal cookies

  1. Combine all but the oats and peanut butter in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, boil for 2 minutes.

  2. combine the Peanut Butter (you may add more or have less. PB in only a preference but it makes the whole cookie, I think) and Oats in a mixing bowl, pour in the sauce mixture, and mix all the ingredients together.

  3. Either dallop onto wax paper or pour a half to one inch layer in a large or multiple small pie pans, or any pan will work(just make sure you have room in your refrigerator).

  4. Put the mix in the fridge and let them harden for about 3+ hours. It depends on the consistency of your mix. Try not to let it be too too watery.

  5. ENJOYYYY! YUMMMMM
