A healthy alternative to some sports bars.

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Granola Bars

1 cup Go Lean Crunch!
2 3/4 oz chia seed
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Recipe Directions for No Bake Granola Bars

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.

  2. Microwave the brown sugar and corn syrup for 1 minute. Add peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.

  3. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Press firmly into a 9x13 that is lined with parchment paper.

  5. Refrigerate
