Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Granola Bars

1.5 oz Pumpkin And Squash Seed Kernels, Roasted
1.5 oz Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
2.5 cup Golean Crunch! Honey Almond Flax
2 oz Pecans, Dry Roasted
16 tbsp Regular Creamy
0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1.5 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
3 oz Domino Dark Brown Sugar

Recipe Directions for No Bake Granola Bars

  1. Mix Nuts, Oats, and Cereal together.

  2. Heat Syrup, Peanut Butter, and Brown Sugar for one minute in the microwave.

  3. Then Mix all of the above together and place in a 13 x 9 inch pan lined with aluminum foil.
