Recipe Ingredients for No-Bake Fudge bars


Cookie Dough:
6 servings agave, 6 tbsp
3 tbsp maple syrup, grade B
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp almond extract
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup almond flour
3 cups oat flour
1 cup oatmeal

Fudge topping:
8 servings agave, 1/2 cup
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp vanilla
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cup baking cocoa

Recipe Directions for No-Bake Fudge bars

  1. Mix all cookie ingredients until smooth.

  2. Press into an 8x8 pan.

  3. Beat together the fudge topping ingredients until smooth.

  4. Spread on top of cookie dough and set aside for a few hours to firm up.

  5. Cut into 1 inch bars, making 64 pieces.
