Recipe Ingredients for no bake fruit pie

1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
20 ounce crushed pineapple in juice
3 peaches , sliced, or 1 20 ounce can sliced peaches, drained
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1 graham cracker crust

Recipe Directions for no bake fruit pie

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of the pineapple juice. Add the remaining juice and pineapple and cook over medium heat until thickened about 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Arrange the peaches, blueberries and strawberries in the crust. Pour the thickened pineapple mixture over the fruit.

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

  4. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
