Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Energy Bites

8 serving Honey Roasted Peanut Butter Fresh Grind - 1T
3 serving Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats - 1/3 C
10.67 tbsp Flaked Coconut
0.33 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup chips (6 oz package) Candies, Semisweet Chocolate

Recipe Directions for No Bake Energy Bites

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. (Mine were about 1″ in diameter.) Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

  2. Makes about 20-25 balls.
