1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats) 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) 1/3 cup honey 1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Energy Bites w/Almonds

1.5 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
8 tbsp Peanut Butter
8 tbsp Dark Chocolate Morsels
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
8 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
0.33 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for No Bake Energy Bites w/Almonds

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.

  2. Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  3. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. (Mine were about 1″ in diameter.) Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

  4. Makes about 20-25 balls
