Recipe Ingredients for No-Bake Energy Bites (for 2)

1.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.5 cup Flaxseed
2 serving 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
0.67 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.5 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
0.5 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for No-Bake Energy Bites (for 2)

Mix all ingredients together. You may need to play with the peanut butter and honey to get a good consistency since there are so many dry ingredients. I added the whey powder and sunflower seeds to the original recipe and almost ended up with double because I had to add more peanut butter and honey. Let cool in fridge for 30 minutes and then shape into balls. store in the fridge in an airtight container.
