Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Dan Cookies

2 cups brown rice syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup milk
1 pinch salt
3 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup almond butter
2 oz dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
31 g whey protein

Recipe Directions for No Bake Dan Cookies

  1. Boil the sugar, butter, and milk for one minute.

  2. Stir in the almond butter.

  3. Combine the wet mixture with the dry and then scoop onto wax paper, or spread in a baking pan for bars.
