Granola style chocolate oat cookie

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Cookies

1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup peanuts
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter
3 cups oats

Recipe Directions for No Bake Cookies

  1. Combine sugar, milk, peanut butter, butter (or margarine) and cocoa in a sauce pan.

  2. Heat to boiling and boil for 1 mn.

  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

  4. Stir then add nuts and oats. Stir until coated.

  5. Drop by teaspoons full onto a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper.

  6. Allow to cool in the fridge then transfer to an airtight container with waxed paper in between layers. Store in the fridge.
