1/4 cup coconut oil 2 cups organic sugar 1/2 cup milk 4 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter 3 cups quick oats

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Cookies

8 tbsp Coconut Oil
48 tsp Organics Sugar
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
4 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
12 tbsp Regular Extra Crunchy
3 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry

Recipe Directions for No Bake Cookies

  1. Combine coconut oil, sugar, cocoa and milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute.

  2. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, vanilla, peanut butter and oats.

  3. Scoop a spoonful at a time onto wax paper.

  4. Let set.
