A quick simple sweet with some oatmeal in it to add fiber and of course butter and sugar to add calories.

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Cookies

3 cups oatmeal
2 cups sugar
1 cup 1% milk
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter

Recipe Directions for No Bake Cookies

  1. In a saucepan bring sugar butter and milk to a boil.

  2. Mix cocoa, oatmeal, and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour boiling mixture over dry ingredients and stir. Place wax paper on cookie sheets. Spoon out cookie dough onto wax paper and allow the cookies to harden. There is no need to bake these. if you want them to cool and harder faster then you can put the cookie she inside the refridgerator.
