Healthier version of the No Bake cookies made in the Microwave.

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Cookies

3 tablespoon Cocoa
1/2 cup Smart Balance Butter
2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Skim Milk
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
4 cup Quick Oats

Recipe Directions for No Bake Cookies

  1. Mix the first four ingredients together in a Microwave bowl and cook on high for 5 minutes until the mixture boils.

  2. Add Peanut Butter and stir until well blended. Add Oats and stir again until well coated and drop by spoonfuls onto Wax Paper and let cool.
