Cookies that mom used to make with us kids to help us learn how to count.

Recipe Ingredients for No bake cookies

2 cups cups sugar granulated
1/2 cup milk 2 %
1/2 cup peanut butter smooth
1 (21.6g) 4 TBS cocoa powder
1 (113g) 1 stick butter
1 (246g) 3 cups rolled oats

Recipe Directions for No bake cookies

  1. place the butter, sugar, cocoa, and the milk into the pan. bring to a boil. boil for one minute.

  2. remove from heat. and melt peanut butter into the pan.

  3. add the oats and drop tablespoons at a time onto wax paper or a buttered plate to cool.

  4. once cool eat! enjoy. grat thing for the energy boost that might be needed for the kids after a long hard day at school.
