Chocolate/Peanut butter and Oatmeal No bake cookies

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Cookies

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for No Bake Cookies

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan.

  2. Add milk and cocoa.

  3. Stir in oats (use quick cooking) and bring to a boil for ONE minute.

  4. Take pan off heat and add peanut butter and vanilla and stir.

  5. Line two cookie sheets with waxed paper.

  6. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon measure to scoop dough onto cookie sheets.

  7. Refrigerate until set - about 1/2 hour.
