Chocolate/Peanut Butter/Oatmeal Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for No-Bake Cookies

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for No-Bake Cookies

Mix together sugar, butter, cocoa & milk. Bring to boil and boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Add peanut butter, when dissolved, add oatmeal and vanilla. Drop on wax paper or press into a pan. Ready in about 30 minutes.
