mmmmm...chocolate and peanut butter, seems rather forbidden but these are good. (as a treat) I also use Naturally More peanut butter in place of regular peanut butter, the calorie intake is only 31 cal difference per serving(2Tbsp), but less fat and sugar, so score for the lower cal team!! Enjoy. Besides all that they are fun to make with your kids!

Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Cookies

2 cups splenda no calorie
4 tbsp baking cocoa
1/2 cup skim milk
4 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 cups quaker oats

Recipe Directions for No Bake Cookies

  1. Bring to boil Splenda,cocoa,skim milk, and margarine.Keep stirring at a rolling boil for 1 1/2 min.

  2. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well until peanut butter is melted.

  3. Add oats. Stir together to get a batter- like consistency.

  4. Drop onto wax paper and let stand for about an hour.

  5. Makes 10 servings, but you can make smaller sized cookies and eat half the calories per serving if you like.
