Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Cookies

2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fat free milk
4 tbsp cocoa
1 stick butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
2 1/2 cup oatmeal

Recipe Directions for No Bake Cookies

  1. Put sugar, milk, cocoa, salt and vanilla in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil on low heat and boil for about 1.5 min.

  2. Stir in peanut butter and oatmeal and mix together until oatmeal is covered with mixture.

  3. Drop on wax paper.

  4. Let stand for 20 min.
