Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Cliff Bars

1 1/4 cup Crispy Rice
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup SoyNut Butter
2 7/10 scoops Rich Chocolate

Recipe Directions for No Bake Cliff Bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients below

  2. 1 and 1/4 cups crisp rice cereal

  3. 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats

  4. 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal)

  5. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (approx 27g protein)

  6. 1 cup dry roasted peanuts

  7. Mix wet ingredients below over low heat

  8. 1/3 cup brown rice syrup

  9. 1/3 cup honey

  10. 1/2 cup soy nut butter

  11. 2 tsp cocoa powder

  12. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  13. combine wet and dry together in large bowl and press into a pan. Cool and cut into 12 bars.
