Recipe Ingredients for No Bake Almond Cookie - Healthy

1 cup almonds
1 cup dates
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for No Bake Almond Cookie - Healthy

Place almonds in food processor and pulse until it resembles a course meal. Add dates, almond butter, vanilla and salt. Pulse for a couple minutes until it forms a dough. Stir in cacao nibs or chocolate chips. Shape about 1 tablespoon of dough into a round cookie shape and place on parchment paper. Store in fridge.
