Makes 6 BIG servings, but I serve this as a main course with nothing on the side. I don't use any other beans in this recipe to try to keep the sodium levels down!

Recipe Ingredients for No Added Salt Chili

4 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
3 serving Cannellini White Kidney Beans
6 serving No Salt Added Tomatoes Sauce
900 grams Extra Lean Ground Beef
3 tbsp Chili Powder
8 oz Nonfat
1 large Onions
5 clove Garlic
1 serving Premium Chunk In Water No Salt Added 98% Fat Free Chicken Breast

Recipe Directions for No Added Salt Chili

  1. sautee onions, garlic, and ground beef in large pot

  2. puree red kidney beans with the no salt added tomato sauce

  3. once the beef is browned, add chili powder and puree mixture

  4. add white kidney beans

  5. boil over medium heat for 30 min

  6. add greek yogurt right before serving for a creamier texture.
