Recipe Ingredients for NL Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Cookies

1 serving NL High-protein Oatmeal (pkt)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp organic golden flaxseed meal
1 serving Ideal Brand Xylitol (2 tbsp)
3 tbsp liquid egg white

Recipe Directions for NL Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cream together the peanut butter and Ideal brand xylitol. Beat in the egg whites. Stir in the oatmeal and flaxseed meal. (Add a bit of water if mixture is too thick.)

  3. Form into 1" balls, and flatten with bottom of a glass, or make criss-cross marks with a fork to flatten, on a lightly greased baking sheet.

  4. Bake about 11-12 minutes. Cool on racks. Makes one serving of about 6 cookies.
