2 cup Beef Broth
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup chopped raw White Pearl Onions
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
30 Baby Carrots, Baby
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Cut Green Beans
1 cup Sweet Peas
1 cup Black Beans
1 cup Garbanzo Beans

Recipe Directions for NK Loaded Vegetable Soup

Add beef broth and 2 cups of water to a pot. Cut all veggies. Add fresh veggies to pot and boil about 30 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, and garbanzo beans.
