Recipe Ingredients for Nikita's Roast Chicken Pan Gravy-1/4 cup

12 grams Gravy Mix
4 oz Onions
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
3/10 grams Sage, Ground
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 cups water
2 tbsp 100% Pure Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Nikita's Roast Chicken Pan Gravy-1/4 cup

To the pan drippings add onions and cook on med heat until very tender adding small amounts of water from the 2 cups as needed, add gravy mix, seasonings and remaining water bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes more, . in a small bowl combine cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and slowly add to pan until you reach desired consistency, add salt to your taste, bring back to boil and simmer for 2-3 mins more.
