36 tsp Unico Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Curry Powder
3 serving Chicken Bouillon Cubes
10 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4/5 tsp Salt
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
4 medium Carrots
50 grams Peas
130 grams Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
1/2 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 small Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for nigerian fried rice -home style

shred or chop vegetables. saute onions and garlic. add washed rice and water (or stock). when almost cooked add shredded carrots. adjust seasonings to taste. when cooked, add other vegetables. cover pan tightly and turn off heat. leave for 10 minutes, then serve hot with protein of choice and salad. yummy
