Recipe Ingredients for Nigerian Efo (Stew)

1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach
2 cup Frozen Collard Greens
3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 can (6 oz) Tomato Products

Recipe Directions for Nigerian Efo (Stew)

Boil Spniach and Collard Greens for 30 minutes. Add Everything (blended) but meat. Cook for 15 minutes. Add meat and cook for 20-25min.
