Breakfast Bars adapted from Nigella Lawsons recipe for quick breakfast foods.

Recipe Ingredients for Nigella's Granola Bars

1 cup condensed milk
2 1/2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup unsalted peanuts

Recipe Directions for Nigella's Granola Bars

Warm milk. Mix everything together and spread into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes, then cut into bars. cool all the way before removing from pan.
