Nabbed from Sparkppl, add in whatever you've got. Oats are the old fashioned rolled, not quick. Substitution for condensed is 1 can evaporated milk + 1 cup sugar, heated through till sugar melts.

14 oz condensed milk
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup peanuts
1/8 cup wheat germ
1/8 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup flax seeds
