6 ounces Cooked Ham
2 Egg Whites
1 Egg
2 ounces Shredded Parmesan Cheese
8 ounces Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Nicole's Low Fat Carbonara

Cook the spaghetti. Mix the rest of the ingredients together then dump into the hot (drained) pasta where the egg mixes and cooks on the pasta. Questions?
