Stir Fry - High Protein - Chicken & Beef w/ Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Nick's South Beach Style Stir Fry

1 lb chicken breast, raw
8 oz beef, london broil
1 stalk celery
1 pepper, green large
1 tsp tabasco
1/8 cup green peas
1 small carrot
1/4 red onion
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 dash salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch herbs, italian seasoning
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbs grapeseed oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tbs garlic
1 tbs wasabi
1 tbs mustard, goldens brown
1/2 oz cashews

Recipe Directions for Nick's South Beach Style Stir Fry

  1. Cut London Broil and Chicken into small 1" nuggets or bite sized slices - set aside separately

  2. Mince Garlic and mix with Soy Sauce, Mustard, Wasabi and Tabasco - marinade London Broil and Chicken separately with mix

  3. Heat Pan or Wok with oils

  4. Cut all vegetables as desired and saute with Cashews in Wok or Pan on high heat with Grapeseed and Sesame oil. Flavor with Black Pepper, Italian herbs - then set aside

  5. Scramble egg beaters in same pan and remove

  6. In same pan on high heat stir fry Chicken until slightly browned (pink on inside). Then add london broil. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add chicken broth. Reduce for 1-2 minutes

  7. Mix Vegetables and Egg into pan and season with Ginger (can also use asian seasoning) for approximately 1 minute.

  8. Remove and serve
